  • Prices Include Taxes. Payment from abroad may require bank fees. Invoices issued upon request during registration.

Take advantage of the Early Bird rate available through September 25th to secure your attendance at a preferential price. Be sure to include your base registration fee along with any required optional items.

Payment Procedure

  • The Author Pass is required for the primary or corresponding author. The Co-Author Pass is for any remaining authors listed on the paper.

  1. Access the SMIA registration system.

  2. Register as a new user. Please ensure you enter your full name correctly, as it will be printed exactly as submitted on your official certificate.

  3. Select Invitee as the user type when prompted (Do NOT select SMIA Membership during registration).

  4. In the main menu, go to Events and select MICAI 2026.

  5. Select your pass type: Author, Co-Author, or Innovation.

  6. Complete payment via Credit Card or Wire Transfer.

  1. Access the registration system (provided by Tecnológico de Monterrey).
  2. Select the pass category that applies to you: Student, Professional, or SMIA Member.
  3. Fill out the form and complete your payment.
  4. Save a copy of your proof of payment.
Access TEC Registration System

To get your QR code for entering MICAI 2026, you should sign up in our SMIA registration system to redeem a Unique Access Code that will be sent to you starting on October 12th, 2026. Complete these instructions:

  1. Access the SMIA registration system.
  2. Register as a new user. Please ensure you enter your full name correctly, as it will be printed exactly as submitted on your official certificate.
  3. Select Invitee as the user type when prompted (Do NOT select SMIA Membership during registration).
  4. In the main menu, go to Events and select MICAI 2026.
  5. Select your pass type: Non-Author Attendee. Redeem the Unique Access Code found in the email that you will receive starting on October 12th, 2026.
  6. Complete the registration (no payment required).

  • Important: If you do not receive the Unique Access Code by October 12th, contact us via email to micai@smia.mx with the subject “Inquiry from Non-Author Attendee”. Send us the proof of payment and the email used in the SMIA registration system.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ACTIVE SMIA MEMBERS:

  • Your member discount is applied automatically after your membership is validated. Validation may take up to 24 hours. You qualify if you received membership as an author at MICAI 2025 or COMIA 2026, or paid an annual membership fee since August 2025.
  • Please log in periodically to check that your discount is reflected before completing payment, as no automatic email notification is sent.
  • No discount after 24 hours? Contact micai@smia.mx.

INVOICING

  • Mexican Invoices (Factura Electrónica): Attendees may optionally generate their invoice automatically through the system after payment.
  • International Invoices: Must be requested via email at micai@smia.mx.
