We invite authors to submit their original research papers on Artificial Intelligence, written in English. The submissions must not have been previously published or be under review for another conference or journal. Only complete and finished papers will be reviewed, not abstracts. After your paper is accepted you will have a chance to improve it according to the comments of the reviewers, but the reviewers will assume that the text that they are reading is the text that is to be published, with the only changes they explicitly request (as opposed to reviewing a draft or abstract).

In particular, the papers must be submitted in the required format. We reserve the right to reject without review the submissions that do not follow the format guidelines.

Topics: All areas of Artificial Intelligence, Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Fuzzy Systems, research or applications.

MICAI is characterized by Springer as a premier conference in Artificial Intelligence.

We invite researchers to submit proposals for workshops on specific topics of Artificial Intelligence. The workshops offer an intimate and dynamic forum for in-depth discussions and deep dives into specific subfields of AI.

About

We invite researchers to organize workshops that will be held in conjunction with the 25th Mexican International Conference on Artificial Intelligence (MICAI 2026), November 2 to 6, 2026, Chihuahua, Mexico. The workshops are an intimate and dynamic forum for deep dives into specific subfields of AI.

Workshop proceedings will be published as proceedings in the Springer LNAI series; indexed in Scopus, SCImago, DBLP, INSPEC, EI Compendex. 

Topics: All areas of Artificial Intelligence, Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Fuzzy Systems, research or applications.

Proposal must include
  • The name of the workshop.
  • A statement of goals for the workshop.
  • The names and addresses of the organizers.
  • Include photographs of the Chair and Co-chairs. No selfies.
  • Include the logo(s) from the Chairs’ Institutions, Sponsors, or any others required to be in the website 
  • The names of potential participants (optional).
  • The names of program committee members.
  • A description of the plans for call for participation (e.g., call for papers).
  • The planned length of the workshop.

 
Workshop duration can be 4 or 8 hours.

After acceptance, organizers must
  • Workshop Proposals must includeWrite and disseminate “Call for papers/participation” for the workshop
  • Develop a web page for the workshop, the link of which will be published on the conference web site
  • Form a Board of Reviewers (Program Committee)
  • Review and select papers

AI Experts, Join Us! Propose a hands-on tutorial to guide participants from theory to practical application. Share your knowledge with the MICAI community through a four-hour tutorial on your area of expertise.

About

The MICAI 2026 Tutorial Organizing Committee invites you to submit tutorial proposals on all topics related to Artificial Intelligence.

  1. Tutorials cover surveys, theoretical issues, important advances, and practical applications of the field. It is recommended that tutorial proposals be both theoretical and practical. 
  2. Tutorials will last four hours and will be held from November 2nd to 6th, 2026.
  3. The contributors of the accepted tutorials will receive a certificate.
  4. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
 
Proposal must include
  • Full name, email address, and mobile phone number* of the instructor, and her/his institutional affiliation.
  • A brief biography of the instructor highlighting her/his areas of expertise and professional experience (150 words max.).
  • Title, abstract (300 words max.), and keywords of the tutorial.
  • A detailed outline of the topics to be presented, with a short comment on each topic.
  • A description of the target audience and prerequisites expected from participants.
  • Technical requirements (equipment, hardware, software, among others).
  • Instructor’s photography (medium shot/bust, no selfies in high-quality jpg) and institution’s official logo in white or black without background (png or svg)**.
  • Proposals should be submitted via the link below in English.

*  The instructor’s mobile phone number will be used if the tutorial proposal is accepted.

** The photographs and logos will be used for promotional purposes for the tutorial.

  • Demonstrable experience in research in Artificial Intelligence or related areas
  • National and international profiles are allowed
